どうやって〜
"どうやって〜" is the set phrase to mean "How do(can) I ~?" or "How do(can) you~". In Japanese, we often leave out subjects(or even objects) when we are clear from the context.
話したら (はなしたら)
"話したら"(hanashitara) is a conjugated form of "はなす"(talk)
には
"には" (に) is a particle and indicates a person who gives something or who provides a service in this case.
きれいな or セクシーな
You can also say "きれいな"(kireina: beautiful) or "セクシーな" (sekushīna: sexy), instead of "かわいい" (kawaī: cute) depending on the girl
